Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to your use of the Whitehouse Electric LLC website and to estimate requests submitted through it.

Effective date: August 12, 2026

Acceptance of These Terms

By browsing this website or submitting a form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Work we perform is governed by the written estimate, proposal, or service agreement you sign, which controls if it conflicts with anything here.

Information on This Website

Service descriptions, project photos, and general electrical guidance on this site are provided for information only. They are not a substitute for an on-site evaluation by a licensed electrician. Electrical work can be dangerous; do not attempt repairs based on anything you read here.

Estimates and Pricing

Submitting a form or calling us is a request for service, not a binding contract. No work is scheduled until we confirm it with you.

Estimates are based on the information provided and are not final until we inspect the site. Hidden conditions, code requirements, permit fees, material price changes, or a change in project scope may affect the final price. Any pricing shown on this website, including maintenance plan pricing, is subject to change and may vary by property size, condition, and location within our service area.

Scheduling, Access, and Cancellations

You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the work area, including access to panels, attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor equipment, and to secure pets during the visit. If our crew cannot access the site at the scheduled time, we may need to reschedule. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the slot to another customer.

Licensing and Standards of Work

Whitehouse Electric LLC is a licensed and insured electrical contractor. Our work is performed to applicable electrical code and local permitting requirements. Proof of license and insurance is available on request.

Warranties

Any workmanship warranty we offer is described in your written estimate or service agreement. Equipment, fixtures, panels, and generators carry the manufacturer's warranty, which is provided by the manufacturer rather than by us. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, alterations by others, power surges, storms, or pre-existing wiring conditions outside the scope of the work performed.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, Whitehouse Electric LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind regarding availability or accuracy. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

Intellectual Property

The content on this site — including text, layout, logo, and project photographs — belongs to Whitehouse Electric LLC and may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without written permission.

Third-Party Links and Embedded Content

This site links to third-party services such as Google Maps, our Google Business Profile, and Facebook. Those services are controlled by others, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or terms.

Privacy

Information you submit through our forms is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts serving the county where our business is located.
